Communion Wine item
Communion Wine is an unlockable active item in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Gives a one-use Holy Mantle shield that stacks and persists between rooms (prevents damage once), similar to Holy Card.
Reduces all damage taken to half a heart until leaving the room.
How to unlock?
Beat Insane Mode as 
Magdalene.
